NoClone - Find and remove duplicate mp3 files

Full of mp3s in your PC, iPod or iTunes library, mp3 collection and mp3 archive? NoClone can help you to identify and delete  duplicate mp3s to free disk space. Unlike others using CRC or MD5, duplicate files found are exactly the same, and removal of them is utmost safe.

Procedures:

1. Download a trial version. 
2. Install it. Min. requirements: Windows 98 or above on Pentium-class machine
3. Run NoClone.
4. Select folder(s) to scan by clicking Browse button e.g. My documents Or My Music.
5. Select Music from File type.
6. Click Search to start scanning for true duplicate files.
7. After a while, true duplicate files (exact-content duplicate file search) are listed in right pane.
8. Click menu Mark -> Smart marker to automatically select files for removal by date, size, version, file name pattern and folder.
9. Review your marked files by opening it, add or change any marks you made.
10. Click menu Action, SaveSpace to remove duplicate mp3, Move marked files to temporarily archive your files before deletion or Copy .
11. Confirm your operations and Duplicate mp3 files are cleaned up.

WARNING: Delete files at your own risk, please review carefully before deleting duplciates.

How to uncover more duplicate files?

Exact-content duplicate files search is based on true byte-by-byte comparison so the binary contents are the same but you may have duplicate mp3 with the same song name and artist but different file size.

In this case, choose Duplicate mp3 from search template to compare mp3 files by song title and artist. To define your own definition of duplicate, click Define link button.
